This vehicle was purposely build and configurated with the knowledge of using the best G-class parts available.

We already did a fair part of off-roading with this vehicle and you can believe me, when I say ... this vehicle is awesome !

The components we used:
* a rare 1979 border patrol ( Bundesgrensschutz) vehicle in absolute solid and straight condition, this vehicle was used to patrol the West German border to East Germany ! So, a vehicle with a nice history.
* original heavy duty and more thicker and wider front and rear axel, formally used on a low milage original and rare G-class single cab with front and rear locking differential.
Extra heavy duty shock mounts were welded to the frame and the front axel was professionally prepared for extreme usage and old men emu shock absorbers are softening your ride.
* The highly capable engine is a super reliable long stroke and high torque 3.5 L 6-cylinder Turbo Diesel with a mechanical diesel pump and highly upgraded cooling system with a bigger radiator and more water pump volume.
* Your transmission is a 5-speed overdrive stick shift with heavy duty clutch assembly and it goes without saying that your engine and transmission is all Mercedes.
* Tires are the world famous XZL Michelin which are frequently used on vehicles ( especially trucks) participating in for example high end races, like Paris Dakar. The tire size is 40" on 16" (4" wident ) original steel G-class rims, they are also zink- and powder coated.

In closing , a highly capable modified custom build G-class purposely built with extreem off-road in mind.

It definitely stands out in every aspect !
